There are two phases at the Bali Oasis and each phase has four buildings with five to nine floors dedicated to residential units. Prices for the units range between P2M and P4M.


Phase 1

The Bali Oasis Phase 1 has four buildings with a total of 630 residential units. These units are designed for single as well as small- and medium-sized families. There are three types of units available:


Studio Units – Studio units are ideal for university students or bachelors and bachelorettes working in nearby offices. These units have a total area of 22 sqm. It is suitable for single or double occupancy.

One-Bedroom Units – This is a more ideal option for couples or families of three or four. One-bedroom suites range from 30 to 35 sqm.

Two-Bedroom Units – These units are spacious enough for medium-sized households. The total area for 2-bedroom units ranges between 38 and 43 sqm.


All these units have 1 toilet and bath, provision for dining area, kitchen area with countertop, and living room area. They also come with vinyl tiles for the flooring, painted walls and ceiling, and a provision for balcony in some units.


Phase 2

Bali Oasis 1 is a great success. To accommodate more interested unit owners, Filinvest Land, Inc. started the Phase 2 project which sits in a 1.7 hectare land. It has four buildings with nine stories each. Each building has a total of 200 units, except for the first building with 296 units.

There are also three types of units available in Phase 2:


Studio Units – This type of unit measures about 23 sqm which is spacious enough for one or two occupants.

One-Bedroom Units – A 1-bedroom unit has a total area of 38 sqm. It has a big bedroom that can fit a master’s bed and a small bed for kids.

Two-Bedroom Units – for families with bigger kids, a two-bedroom unit is a good option. It has a total area of 47 sqm. It also has a big master’s bedroom and a smaller room for kids.


The basic finish for Phase 2 is similar to the Phase 1 units. For each unit, there is one toilet and bath and areas for living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen already comes with a countertop. The walls are already painted with earthly tone and the flooring are vinyl tiles. Some of these units also have a balcony. The overall design of Phase 2 is still Balinese inspired, with more earthly tones and open spaces.

For the parking, there are several options available for Phase 1 and Phase 2 unit owners. These include the basement and ground floor parking as well as the street area parking.

The Bali Oasis 1 is located along Marcos Highway, near J.P. Rizal (Ligaya Street) in Pasig City.
